We went downtown Vancouver today to see the Olympic Cauldron burning brightly. It was a good thing I brought my telephoto lens with me so I could photograph from a block away rather than brave the crowds who gathered closer to the base of the structure. It was worth the walk to see it!

Fantastic Picture! My Hubby was in Vancouver working downtown over the games, but didn’t take a single picture of anything! I guess I haven’t really worn off on him at all.

Thanks everyone! I wish I had taken more photos of all the fun downtown and now I’m a little bummed it’s over. Although, we still have the paralympics to look forward to!
