We went to visit my sister and brother-in-law yesterday for dinner and by bro-in-law snapped this deliciously beautiful photo with his brand spankin’ new camera! I love the subtleness of the light and shadows as well as the split second moment he caught my daughter taking baby steps. And with their 50mm f/1.4 prime lens, the bokeh is creamy smooth!
This photo speaks to me in a silent and still voice. Do you have any photos that speak to you? If yes, please share!

She could be pausing to look at something, thinking about her next step, or even dancing ^^. I like the mystery.

Thanks everyone and kudos to my bro-in-law for capturing this moment!
@ tracey: I too love her feet and reflection! I thought of cropping that part. =)

I love pictures that show their sweet little feet. My baby just turned 10 on the 15th and I’ve been feeling a bit blue. Your photos of Sophie take me right back to my children’s babyhood. I really enjoy them. Thank you for sharing them.
