We had our first photo challenge showcase at our photo club last night: diptychs. I submitted two images I created and this was one of them. I tried to put them side by side but it didn’t sit well with me so I tried one on top of the other and preferred this diptych much better. I hadn’t really tried creating a proper diptych until this challenge and found it difficult to do. The hardest part was looking for two photos that shared a relationship and would work well together. Perhaps next time I go out for a shoot, I should look for subjects with diptychs in mind.
