I promised I would post some photos of the cereal art that Sophie created yesterday morning. I was just doing some dishes and noticed it got awfully quiet. That usually means she’s up to no good. And sure enough, she had dumped out a whole box of infant cereal on the floor. So, I decided to let her play with it before cleaning it up. I mean, why not right? Well, let’s just say I had to vacuum the entire house. I forgot to wash her feet right away. Anyhow, she finished off her playtime with this bit of “cereal art”. (I enhanced it because beige on beige doesn’t exactly stand out.) What do you see? I saw something right away… but perhaps you’ll see something different? I’ll post my answer in the comments after you do.

Hehe. I think every mother of a toddler can relate to this. We had a cereal incident just yesterday, too!
Finding the hidden picture, it’s like cloud gazing! I see the dolphin others mentioned, too!

Cute! I see a head…like Mr. Potato head with a tuft of hair on top and large fluffy ears on the side, and a mustache. My daughter thinks it looks like Santa. I love when pictures just appear. I just posted a picture of a smiling cookie a few weeks ago.
The series of pictures on the bottom are so fun.

This is so great! I had no idea we’d get so many different responses. That’s what’s so great about photography and art. We each see things through different eyes.
I saw a face with a wide chin and big nose… I guess like Mr. Potato Head, as Stephanie mentioned. I can also see where you all got the dolphin, face with hand, bear, ram and anteater. Now that I look at it again, I see an elephant wearing a toupée!
