I know, her head and feet are cut off. She was moving too fast for me and I ran out of room behind me to back up into but I like the movement in the photo and the weird angle. I took another shot from above as well.
Usually, getting down to eye-level when photographing children gives you better results. Even though this one is not down low, I still like it because of the different perspective. I like that I can see all of her, the foot in motion and those cute shoes.
How about you? Which do you like better?

I actually prefer the first one. She’s walking more directly toward the camera, her facial expression is more visible, and I think the crop of the head and feet just gives more of a sense of movement.

I like the first one better too. I like it because it is closer and you can really see those sweet litle cheeks. I also like the way her hands are in her pockets on both shots. Nice job.

I like the motion and angle of the second one, I think. They are both adorable pics, of course! Love those cute shoes, too.

Both are great, but I prefer the second. I love how the perpective makes her seems so small in such a big, big world.
And of course, love the shoes and ruffled pant legs!
