Sorry, I’ve been falling behind on my daily pics these past few days. I’ve just been so busy with an event we just had and the Digital Photography Course I’m teaching. In last night’s class, we talked about composition and I really went on about the Rule of Thirds. That’s because it’s such an eye opener for many and it really allows us to train our artistic vision. I cropped this image in Lightroom using its handy-dandy, super awesome cropping tool that has the Rule of Thirds guide lines built right in! Check it out if you haven’t already:
Isn’t that the coolest thing? I love how the thirds grid is built right in, which makes it easy to crop according to the Rule of Thirds. Very nice. No pouting here!

Wow, you have had a lot going on! Cool about the class. That rule-of-thrids grid is cool. Your posts aren’t popping up in my reader, and i haven’t had time/memory to pop over to check them out myself, but I’m glad I saw this one at least!
