Here’s an underexposed image for you to “fix” that was shot through a car window. Download the high resolution file by clicking on the photo above and have at it! Sick feverish baby sleeping in my arms makes it a bit difficult to browse through photos for a better shot today. Hope you’ll all join in!
Remember to link to your version by leaving a comment below. You are welcome to add any specifics about what you did in your processing (software used, adjusted values, cropping etc) to help us learn. Click here to get the complete details for What’s Your Play. Remember, all readers are invited to submit their own photos for manipulation by emailing a high res photo (preferably SOOC) to play [at] dolcepics [dot] com.
Lovely processing from last week’s bare branch:

I ended up going B&W with this one. I took out a couple of distractions in the tree and in the clouds and then I adjusted the contrast, added a vignette and the rounded corners for a vintage look.

Fun pic to work on! Thanks!

I went the addition of more to the image rather than playing around with fixing the color. I was tempted to crop out that little black strip on the side but opted to leave the original size alone and came up with this.

Well…what I wanted to do was to adjust the color of the tree and only the tree; however, I couldn’t figure out how to do it in PSE. So, I managed to put a texture on it (yay me!) and take out some of the little bumpy parts (whoo hoo!) I left in the darkness because I liked it and then did a little more refining in Picnik.

I forgot that I had already processed this way back when I first took the photo! I went for a striking gradient:
